The Western Central Chapter (WCC) is a not-for-profit membership organization. It’s income shall be used only for Chapter purposes, and no part of any net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual, except that the Chapter may pay reasonable compensation for services rendered, make payments and/or distributions in furtherance of Chapter purposes.
Before the first WCC Executive Board meeting of the year, the Treasurer shall prepare a tentative budget which shall then be reviewed by the Board. Upon review and discussion during the first quarterly Executive meeting, the Board shall vote on adoption of the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The approved budget may be modified from time to time, by majority vote of the Board. The original budget, along with subsequent modifications shall, after adoption, be posted on the Chapter’s website.
